"Bravo" and "Hayu" confuse people more than almost anything else we cover, and honestly, most people asking how to watch Bravo in the UK don't need a VPN at all.

Bravo is the US cable channel behind Real Housewives, Vanderpump Rules, Below Deck and Top Chef. Hayu is NBCUniversal's own international streaming service, built specifically to carry those same shows outside the US, UK included, and it works here without any workaround.

When you actually need bravotv.com

There's a handful of situations Hayu doesn't cover. Bravo often posts new episodes to bravotv.com the same day they air in the US, which can be quicker than Hayu's own upload schedule for that title. bravotv.com also carries extras, bonus scenes, and Watch What Happens Live, Bravo's after-show, which Hayu doesn't typically carry. If any of that is what you're after, bravotv.com itself, with a US server, is the only route.

The TV provider login catch

This is the part a VPN can't solve. Most full episodes on bravotv.com sit behind a "TV provider" login: you sign in with credentials from a US cable, satellite, or live TV streaming provider (a service like YouTube TV or Fubo) to prove you have an existing pay-TV subscription that includes Bravo. A VPN gets you past the geo-block and shows you the US site, but it doesn't give you a US cable subscription. Without one, you're limited to whatever Bravo offers with no login: usually a handful of clips and highlights, not full episodes.

Getting bravotv.com to load from the UK

If you do have US TV provider credentials, or you're just after the parts of bravotv.com that don't need a login, connect your VPN to a US server before opening the site, not after. The location check runs the moment the page loads, so switching the VPN on afterwards won't help.

Open bravotv.com in a private window to avoid any cached location data from a previous visit. What's actually on Bravo

Bravo is NBCUniversal's reality TV flagship: the Real Housewives franchise across more than a dozen cities, the Below Deck spinoffs, Vanderpump Rules and its own spinoffs, Southern Charm, Top Chef, and Million Dollar Listing, alongside a steady stream of newer unscripted shows each season.

Watch What Happens Live, the nightly after-show, is where a lot of the franchise crossover moments and reunions happen, and it's one of the few things that's genuinely bravotv.com-only rather than something you'll find on Hayu.

Watching on phones and TVs

Hayu has apps for iOS, Android, Fire TV and Apple TV, and works the same as any other streaming app abroad: install the app, connect your VPN if you're outside its supported countries, then open it. bravotv.com doesn't have a dedicated Fire TV or Apple TV app in the same way, so watching it on a TV generally means casting the browser tab from a phone or laptop that's running the VPN and signed in with a US TV provider account.
